Band Coordination

We pride ourselves on being a destination for some of the best live jazz music in Perth. Our bands are carefully coordinated.

 

The Band Coordinator, with the support of the Vice-President, curates and organises the bands. We work diligently to select performers who are suited to the occasion, and welcome feedback. Every performance is unique, and we strive to tailor our bands to each event.

We’re committed to a predominantly traditional jazz offering, and within that remit, we offer a variety of music and musicians.

We give priority to bands that are on-style, provide variety, and that can draw a crowd.

​

We believe that jazz music is a vibrant and constantly evolving art form, and we showcase veterans as well as up-and-coming musicians.
